Ikea and Empire Carpets

Money cannot buy happiness, can it? Yes, it can. The result is: money can buy happiness, but it does not come cheap. Not only that, the amount of happiness your money can buy can be measured. This does run contrary to everything we have ever heard since childhood but the facts do not support it. That is why when you decide to purchase a rug at Ikea, be ready that your happiness would rather turn to be unhappiness and if you would decide to clean it at Empire Carpets, even your unhappiness can be ruined.

Quality of products. If you think that paying less is good in all cases, you will be very disappointed. Everybody should understand that cheap products at Ikea and Empire Carpets are cheap not without a reason. This is not charity, this is business. That means that low prices should be compensated and in the most cases the compensation is poor quality. That is why there are so many Ikea complaints, but actually they are groundless. If you pay several dollars for a rug, why do you expect it to be a Persian carpet? And there is a great possibility that it can be toxic or something because ecologically clean production is very expensive. If you are worried about your health and toxic elements, you should spent a bit more money.

Quality of service. Situation with service is the same. There is no need to repeat that customer service at Ikea is almost inexistent. When you are trying to solve some issues over the phone, there will be no end to run-arounds and wasting of your time. At Empire Carpets the situation is a bit different. The service there is provided by different companies that work with Empire. And the employees in those companies can be inapt or not speaking English. Thus, they can come to install your Ikea carpet and destroy all the remains of it. Thus, anyone who thinks money cannot buy happiness is either a master of self-deception or just does not know where to shop.

Ashley Furniture and Levitz Furniture

It is always better to check some customer feedback before you will make some serious purchases. In such a way you will manage to avoid being cheated and will be aware of those places where you can really have a good shopping experience. And it is equally important to write a consumer review for others to beware. If you are going to buy something, for example new furniture, you should visit pissedconsumer.com and then you will see which companies have the most of complaints and praises. Among those having a lot of negative reviews are Ashley Furniture and Levitz Furniture.

Ashley Furniture. The company supplies its clients with good furniture, but it really lacks customer service. For instance, Ashley Furniture can deliver you the furniture you have bought without any bill for it. And when you call to deal with the question Ashley Furniture’s representatives just calm you down saying that it is not a problem and you do not have to worry. But lately you just get a call from some debt collection agency and they state that you were being reported to collectors. That is how they create problems for their customers. Or Ashley Furniture salesperson can ask you to sign some contract which bonds you to repay 30% restocking fee if the furniture is returned, which is absolutely unacceptable in terms of fair business practice.

Levitz Furniture. This company is notorious as well. Levitz Furniture delivery service is really poor and customers can wait for hours for the furniture to be delivered. Or it can be five or six days delay. Besides, Levitz can even deliver your furniture damaged or broken. And then you will just face troubles with having your furniture replaces or repaired. Besides, Levitz employees are very arrogant and rude. While trying to sell you something they can push you to buy items you do not want or do not need. Levitz Furniture is known for ripping off their customers and they have no price match.
