For instance, Roomstore can deliver you the furniture you have bought without any bill for it. And when you call to deal with the question Ashley Furniture’s representatives just calm you down saying that it is not a problem and you do not have to worry. But lately you just get a call from some debt collection agency and they state that you were being reported to collectors. That is how they create problems for their customers. Or Roomstore salesperson can ask you to sign some contract which bonds you to repay 30% restocking fee if the furniture is returned, which is absolutely unacceptable in terms of fair business practice. That is why all the consumer should be aware.
