IKEA

When we buy a new piece of furniture it is like a little change to our every day life, a pink drop of gaiety in the grey routine. This change is supposed to be pleasant. However, this pleasure can easily be ruined by the company you buy from. Unbelievable lack of customer service at huge money is a very common notion t the present time.

Ikea. Ikea offers everyday furniture in modern designs, emphasizing function, affordability, and style. Ikea International Group is Swedish privately owned company. Ikea was founded in 1943. At the present time Ikea International is headquartered in Leiden, The Netherlands. The founder of the company is Ingvar Kamprad. The name of the company is an acronym that stands for the initials of the name of the founder, name of the place and home village where he grew up. The company is an international home products retailer that has a number of its retail stores all over the world in such countries as the United States, Canada, Sweden, France, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Australia and many other countries. The product line of Ikea includes low-price self-assembly furniture, accessories, bathrooms and kitchens.

Customer complaints. Sometimes, you wonder – How can possibly the company be prosperous and developing when it has nothing worthy to other: neither goods no services. The clients of the Ikea Company have filed an incredible amount of negative reviews. The complaints concern awful quality of the products and dreadful customer service. People are concerned with the delivery service of the company as well. If you place an order for a product from the company it can hardly get to you without any troubles. The delivery can either be delayed, never arrive, or pop up in few days later when you are at work and leave your order at the doors. They do not care. You have paid for the delivery and the goods, the order is delivered and the rest is your problem. Another difficulty with the company is to return the defected goods. The customer service will do its best not to get them back – they will hang on you, promise to settle the problem and never call back, and when the warranty period is over you will have no right to apply for the refund.
These are commonly practiced tricks. People get fraud every here and there and it seems impossible to fight this frustrating trend.
