Class action suits against Lowe's. There have been a lot of class action suits filed against Lowe's. Most were connected with employee payment system at Lowe's. People complained that variable rate overtime is a fraudulent practice used by Lowe's. These class action suits were filed in many US states: Ohio, New York, Pennsylvania, Indiana. Most of them were settled quickly and the variable rate overtime ended in 2006.
