Bitter experience. Can anyone experience something worse and frightening than a string out of the bed in the middle of the night on the day when you have purchased a new mattress? Of course, you can. If the company does not want to reimburse you the product damage. Or if there was a delivery failure. Or what is worse, the company sold you one mattress, put in the check another item name and then refused to deal with you at all. Last I time I bought a mattress I witnessed its death. The deliverers carried it into the house did not take the trouble to unwrap it and left. When I opened it and tried to put on the bed, it turned out to be broken in half. The customer service accepted my claim and promised to call back. I paid an enormous sum of money for it and for 2 months so far I have been sleeping on the sofa…Maybe it is not about quality and it may be the delivery fault, but customer care at Mattress Reviews is awful.
